Who we are and what we believe.
Independent Mission-Minded Church
We are a Bible believing church. We believe the Bible has the answer for all of man’s problems, even the contemporary issues of our day. We live in uncertain times in an ever changing world. Yet God is still God and He has not changed! Our desire and prayer is to see people know the Lord Jesus Christ as their savior, and from there grow in their walk with the Lord.
We Love Our Community
It is our desire to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to those in our community and around the world, and to disciple Christians in the word of God. We believe the Bible is without error, authoritative, and relevant to our modern society. The Bible has all we need to build strong families, a strong community, and a strong nation.
We Seek To Glorify God
The joy of Gateway Baptist Church is the preaching and teaching of God’s eternal word. In all of our Sunday School classes and from the pulpit we declare timeless precepts from the Bible coupled with practical applications for daily life.
We seek to glorify God with music that lifts up the name of Christ. Our exciting congregational singing aids each individual’s opportunity to participate in expressing Gods, worth to them.
We hold to traditional, biblical, Baptist beliefs. In our drifting society, where families are torn apart and violence is rampant, people need a solid steady anchor. We believe in time tested truths, preached and taught with relevance and compassion. At Gateway Baptist Church we offer that anchor of peace and steadfastness that people are seeking.
